Totally agree on the accountability. Official on the digital scale at mom's last night 139.3. whoo hoo broke into the next round. 73 days ago I made my first note on my phone. 148.5 but I think I started around 151 not sure. But, my note on getting up with stiffness is the same today. Wish me luck at the doc. Keep you posted and see you all for sure in 3 days. Cousin David coming to beach and bbq.
