Very, very good. I may be proved wrong--prove myself wrong if I slowly put weight back on--but I believe the conscious decision now to expand the blog's purpose to "after" will be our best shot for continuing to do the right thing for ourselves. (Suggestion: Remove the grim word "maintenance" from our vocabulary. How about something more like "in the zone"?)
